Abdulhaqqbaker.com is a blog website that addresses and tackles current social, political, and religious issues around the world. The Baker Broadcast is its YouTube channel, serving as the visual counterpart to the blog.
In my role, I improved podcast efficiency and overall quality through live audio editing and recording sessions using a home setup that consisted of GarageBand, audio that was input via a Blue Yeti microphone and output via a Bluetooth speaker, allowing my father to listen to the playback and make corrections if needed.
Additionally, I created thumbnails, recorded videos for YouTube, and produced an introduction for the series 'To The Moon & Black' using my own photography.
If I remember correctly, I used a camera with 20x zoom and laid down flat on my back to capture a clear night. I was originally capturing it for my own sake, but when my father came to me with his idea for a YouTube series, I decided that this picture would make a fitting thumbnail.
